Support to rebuild your physical capacity and gradually return to your sports.
We are located inside the Park and Padel club, so we know firsthand what padel and other racket sports demand: twists, sudden stops, jumps and repeated strokes that load the elbow, shoulder, back, knee and ankle. We work on your return to sport in stages, with clear criteria for moving forward.
We also work with runners, pickleball players, gym-goers and anyone who wants to get back to the activity they enjoy.
Who is it for?
- Padel, tennis and pickleball players
- Runners and endurance athletes

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with athletes?
Yes. We offer sports rehabilitation and programs focused on recovery, maintenance and injury prevention.
Do I have to stop playing padel during rehab?
Not always. Depending on the assessment, it is often possible to adjust your load instead of stopping all activity. Your physiotherapist will tell you what is most appropriate in your case.
